How do you like to market online? If you have a special website or a technique you use to get better search engine rankings; then please share your secrets. I am searching for some new ways to market the affiliate programs I like to promote online. I have found blogs to be an excellent source for advertising online. Many advertisers realize the powers that bloggers do have on the Internet. A lot of ads get sold daily, to those bloggers that maintain a fresh blog and keep it updated regularly. I am ready to make the next step up in my online advertising and promotions and I seek your help. I’m hoping to learn a few new places I can turn to for results. I currently promote around 100 different affiliate programs, PTC websites, and traffic exchanges online. Not to mention about 8 blogs I like to get extra traffic for too. I am trying to stream-line my programs down and I have came up with about 7 or 8, that I would like to start focusing on more. I am too spread out at the moment and none of my programs are getting the proper attention they need, so I can make the most out of each one of them. I believe if I can focus on less than 10 of my 100+ programs I currently belong to, I could start making some serious strides online. We all want to make easy money from our computers, but the truth for most online marketers, we have to work very hard for the positive results we do get. A few lucky people had original ideas or did something really simple to earn a ton of cash on the Internet. The chances of that happening to you or I is very unlikely. The majority of us will have to work our online programs, like we would work a 40 hour a week job. I am prepared for the hard work in front of me, I just need a little help in tweaking the marketing techniques I currently have. Everyone loves money and it’s what keeps the world turning these days. It is only natural that bloggers would talk about money, show ways to earn money, or use their blogs in some monetary means to pay for domain and hosting costs.
I think current events is another topic that does well for bloggers. Talking about the latest news is always a good way to drive extra traffic to your blogs. You can still keep your niche intact and just sprinkle in blog posts about the latest news going across the Web or on the news. People will be more likely to visit your blog from the current event posts you write about and perhaps they will notice the other things your blog offers when they arrive.
The key is to get more traffic coming to your blog and writing some blog posts outside the theme of your blog is fine. You do need to have a main topic or two that the search engines can identify your blog from, so you get the higher rankings in the search engine listings. I don’t think celebs and movies is a bad idea and these are a couple of more topics that can drive more viewers or readers to your blog. If you take the time to blog about things, you do want people to eventually read what you said. Your main theme may not be enough to get traffic coming to your blogs, so going off-topic every now and then is ok. Many bloggers have a great skill in the topics they choose and couple this with their writing skills have made their blogs very successful. A successful blogger in some ways can be determined by the number of hits their blog gets. Some bloggers have the knack of driving traffic to their blogs and they don’t have the best writing skills in the world. These bloggers have been very creative in generating new visitors to their blogs, but if you want people coming back; then you need to write about interesting and popular things.
The title of your blog post and the subject matter is crucial for today’s bloggers. Many bloggers find it hard to get ranked on the search engines and struggle to find new ways of generating traffic to their blogs. If you’re a patient blogger and have great writing skills; then people will eventually discover your blog. It can take more than a year in some cases to establish enough links in the search engines, so you’re having a consistent stream of traffic coming to your blog. You must blog daily or about 3 times a week to achieve that steady stream of traffic.
The favorite topics for a blogger really isn’t that important. It’s the favorite topics for readers is the ones you need to key-in on and this will reap the best rewards for a blog that gets visited many times each day. Keep a positive outlook and don’t give up and you will soon be able to reap the rewards of your hard work. Just check out the popular search engines and see what people are doing internet searches for. This is a great way to learn about the “favorite topics” of readers and bloggers can capitalize on this, by blogging about the subject in their blogs.
