You want a high number with the Google Ranking (0-10) and the lower your Alexa Ranking is the better. Some people get these confused, but just remember your Alexa Score is like playing golf. The lower you can score with your Alexa Ranking, is the better.
Now a good way to move up in both of these rankings is to swap links. Find other websites that are similiar to yours and swap links. Find a place on your website, that you can give others a link for their websites. In exchange, they can add a link on their website that will lead to yours. This works best for the Google PR Rankings, but your overall SEO will benefit from swapping links. Do as much as you can to have your link on as many websites as possible!
