The big weekend has arrived and the teams are ready to play some football on Sunday. Arizona and Pittsburgh have traveled two different roads to get to Tampa Bay, but they have met every challenge thrown at them so far and now their roads meet in Florida. One team will live up to the hype and go on to be crown champs of the National Football League. The other team will have to go train a little harder and prepare a little better for next season and see if they can win the 2010 Super Bowl. Really both teams are already winners and no losers play on Super Bowl Sunday.

Fans all across the nation become Cardinal or Steelers fans for the day and everyone chooses their sides during Super Bowl weekend. My heart likes an underdog, so I will be rooting for the Arizona Cardinals to win, but my brain tells me that the Pittsburgh Steelers will be unstoppable on Sunday.

I hope everyone has a big screen television to watch the game on and you have plenty of food by your side watching the Super Bowl. I think pizza and hot wings are on the menu for me and I might even throw in a few bread sticks or cheese sticks with my game time meal. What do consumers like to eat for the Super Bowl? It seems chicken and pork items are the best meat sellers for Super Bowl weekend and a good time to be a potato farmer too. Lots of french fries and potato chips get eat on Sunday and people may eat more potatoes on this day, than any other single food item out there. Pepperoni might be second and it could even be cheese as the 2nd most consumed item on this day that everybody watches football on. Don’t eat too much and I hope your team wins on Sunday!
