Do you enjoy drinking Coke as much as I do? I think Coke is just a piece of America that is as popular as apple pie and baseball. What would America be without Coke? I think you will find the same great taste with Coke Zero and less of other things that you might not want in your soda.

Now Coke has a fun way to spend some time on the computer. I’m not sure exactly how they do it, but you now can make your own little movies online. They took some old movie clips and now you can type in some text and the characters in the movie will say what you type. Does that sound great or what? I have already had lots of fun playing around with it, and I’m sure you will to if you give it a try. Don’t forget to save your work and send it to your friends and show them just how creative you are. It’s really hilarious listening to these characters saying some of the crazy things you can make them say. I took the comedy approach when I made my movie, but you can make yours more of a serious tone. So Coke is giving you the chance to script your own movie and I have no doubts you will love it, if you just give it a try. It’s very simple to do and will truly make having that Coke with a smile!

Well I am sitting in my bedroom now and it’s about 10 at night. I can hear fireworks going off in full effect as the people in my neighborhood are celebrating the 4th of July. Thanks to all the troops and their families that are currently serving in the military and for all those brave men and women that have served in the past. I salute you all and know that we can enjoy the fireworks on this day, due to all your hard work and sacrifice.

I think fireworks seem to go higher, brighter, and louder every year. It’s amazing the way they create those little boogers. I wouldn’t even know where to begin, if I had to create some sort of firework. I just hope it isn’t too dry out there and no fires get started from everyone shooting off their fireworks.

I hear the military has some sort of “firework” (if you know more about this special weapon please chime in) that can create daylight during the night. It is something they can shoot up in the air and will show them where the enemy is at. For anyone that has seen this (which I haven’t) they say it’s amazing at how this type of firework can just brighten everything up and it last for several minutes. I have seen the older war movies where the enemy troops move across a field and our troops shoot one of these up in the air and it exposes them easy for the troops to begin firing at them with their guns. It looks pretty neat on the movies when they do this, but they say the modern technology of these things is really amazing now at just how long and how big of an area it will light up. I wouldn’t mind seeing one of these U.S. Military weapons shot off on the 4th of July, so I could see what everyone is talking about. Have a happy and safe 4th of July!

HowStuffWorks is a very interesting concept to a company. Do you know what they do? They simply show us how things work. Now this might not seem like a big deal to you, but there is indeed a market that is needed for this. I have been to countless job interviews and I have done a number of jobs in many different fields. A lot of these jobs will show you some training video or a video on a piece of equipment that you might be using in your future employment with a company. If you have a lot of valuable pieces of electronics plugged up, then be sure to have them plugged up to surge protectors. Obviously two sure fire ways to save money on fuel cost immediately, is to drive less and have a fuel efficient car. You might be able find a good deal on a used card, and that was a leader back in 2004 with fuel efficiency.

Number 1 on the list is the Honda Insight. This car isn’t going to get you any speeding tickets with its 3 cylinder engine. You are going to be able to get great gas mileage. It gets 60 miles to the gallon in the City and about 66 miles on the Highway. In 2004, it’s estimated annual fuel cost was $405. Now today most people use a full tank of gas each week. It’s taking about $40 and more to fill up that tank every week. In about 10 weeks at that rate or 2 1/2 months time, you will spend the annual cost it takes for the Honda Insight. Now that is a 2004 estimate, and I’m sure the Honda Insight would be 600 to 800 dollars in 2007, for annual fuel cost. You still can probably see the huge savings that this car offers.

Now to list some of the other fuel efficient cars of 2004:

Even owning the last car on the list in the Toyota Celica, you’re still looking to save hundreds of dollars for this year, and probably the years to come. There doesn’t appear to be any relief from high fuel cost for at least the next 5 to 7 years. I would really be surprised to ever see a gallon of gas go to under $2 again.
